Dr Michael Rushwaya has spent 29 years in education, including 25 years leading schools as a head teacher. That experience — running staff rooms, boards, budgets, exam halls and community meetings — is what he brings to every engagement.
He has led school turnarounds, mentored aspiring leaders and trained hundreds of teachers across Zimbabwe. His work is grounded in one belief: any school can perform at a high level when leadership is clear, strategy is focused and quality is consistently assured.
